Privacy Policy

Effective July 28, 2026 · Ropes and Stanchions LLC d/b/a Black Market Concepts, Houston, Texas

The short version: the app collects nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Your project briefs live on your phone and reach us only when you send them yourself, by your own email.

What the app stores on your device

When you build a route (a project brief), the app saves it — including any venue name, contact details, event details, notes, and images you attach — only on your device. The same is true of anything you store in the Brand Vault (your name, contact, Instagram handle, and logo). We cannot see any of it. You can erase all of it at any time in The Booth → Your Locker → Empty Your Locker, or by deleting the app.

What reaches us, and how

When you tap SEND IT TO THE DESK, the app opens an email composer on your device, in your own email account, addressed to us and pre-filled with your brief and attachments. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in that composer, and when you do, it travels as your email — not through any server of ours connected to the app. We receive and keep that email like any business correspondence: to review your request, reply, quote, and perform the work. If you want an order email deleted from our records, contact us at the address below and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it (for example, for completed transactions or tax records).

The one network request the app makes

The app fetches the current template gallery from our website (an anonymous, read-only request). This request carries no identifiers beyond what any web request includes (such as an IP address), which our web host processes for routing and security and which we do not use to identify or track you.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties for marketing. We use no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or trackers in the app. We do not knowingly collect information from children; the app is a business tool intended for adults.

Photos

Attaching images uses Apple’s photo picker, which lets you hand the app only the specific images you choose. The app never has access to your photo library.

Push notifications

If you allow notifications, the app registers a device token with Apple so we can tell you when your design is ready and, occasionally, about promotions. The token is an anonymous identifier — it is not linked to your name or contact details, and you can turn notifications off any time in Settings.

Changes

If a future version of the app adds features that change any of this (for example, in-app order tracking or accounts), we will update this policy and the app’s App Store privacy label before those features ship.
