Effective date: August 3, 2026. Reserv’d is a nightlife membership platform operated by Ropes and Stanchions LLC d/b/a Black Market Concepts (“BMC,” “we”) at blackmarketconcepts.com and through the Reserv’d iOS app. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we never do. See also our Member Terms of Service.
1. What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create a member account. Passwords are stored hashed; we cannot read them. You receive a member number. Reservations and attendance. When you RSVP to an event or request a table: your name, email, party size, and the event. When your ticket is scanned at the door: the fact and time of your check-in, which powers your visit history, loyalty points, and tier standing at each venue. Device tokens for notifications. If you allow notifications, we store the Apple push token for your device so alerts and lock-screen updates can reach you. Tokens identify a device for delivery; they contain no personal information. Phone number (optional). Only if you opt into SMS alerts, delivered via Twilio. Photos. Photos you capture and choose to share through the app. Sharing is always user-initiated. Payments. Card and cryptocurrency payments are processed by Stripe and Coinbase Commerce respectively. Your full payment credentials go to those processors, not to us. We receive confirmation of payment, amount, and the item purchased.
2. What we never collect
Face ID and biometric data never leave your device — the app uses Apple's on-device authentication and receives only a yes/no. We run no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics trackers, and we do not collect location.
3. How we use information
To run the platform: honoring reservations, admitting you at the door, crediting points, showing your standing, sending alerts you asked for, and processing payments. Venue operators (“Curators”) see guest information only for their own events and their own house's members.
4. What we share — and don't
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share only with the service providers that run the platform (hosting, payment processing, SMS delivery, push delivery via Apple) and with the venue whose event you attend — your name, party, and check-in status, the same information a doorman's clipboard held in 1975. We disclose information if the law compels it.
5. Where data lives
Our servers are hosted in the United States (WP Engine). If you use the platform from elsewhere, your information is processed in the U.S.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete your account any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing us. On deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized. Transactional records (tickets, requests, payment confirmations) are anonymized rather than destroyed — retained without your identity for bookkeeping, venue settlement, and fraud prevention.
7. Age
Reserv'd is for adults — by creating an account you represent that you are 21 or older, consistent with our Member Terms. Age verification and admission decisions are made solely by the venue at entry.
8. Security
Transport encryption everywhere (HTTPS), hashed passwords, application passwords for app sessions, and access controls limiting Curator visibility to their own house. No system is perfect; report concerns to the address below.
9. Changes
We'll post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app.
